My stay was quite an experience. The initial room mix-up put a damper on my arrival, as I had booked a twin bed room but was offered a single bed instead. The receptionist seemed powerless in that situation, and the owner was aggressive and dismissive. On the brighter side, I later found another hotel that was charming, clean, and very cozy, which I ended up loving. Even had fun with the resident cats!

The location is fantastic; it's mere steps away from everything I wanted to see in Tulum.
